Wilson Arrives

Giants fans had been waiting for this. As we watched Doug Martin rush for 1,200 yards, we kept wondering what about our first-round back? Why was David Wilson nailed to the bench with only 28 carries?  When would he get a chance to shine? The questions have been answered now as today Wilson became the first player in NFL history to have over 200 yards in kickoff returns and 100 yards rushing.  And he also added 3 TD’s.

The Giants are going to need him. Washington may have lost their QB, we will learn that probably tomorrow, but they won a huge game against Baltimore today. With games remaining @Cleveland, @Philadelphia and with Dallas, they could easily go 10-6. The Giants would lost a tiebreaker with them, so they need to keep wining. With games @Atlanta and @Baltimore coming up, it won’t be easy.

game against Atlanta is seemingly won already. Nobody on the bandwagon here anymore after another crappy week, only this time the team lost.

Total confidence is lost for Falcons. Giants will crush them, perhaps not like they crushed NO yesterday but it will be a big number.

BL- be careful, you can hurt yourself jumping off the bandwagon that quickly!

I wouldn’t read too much into that loss it was a classic trap game. They beat the Saints in a big matchup last week and probably have revenge against the Giants on their minds yesterday. I am sure they will be ready to play Sunday.

there are signs that things are worse though, the offensive line is a mess right now, 5 weeks ago it was becoming somewhat of a strength.

I agree on the trap game. But Carolina players were vocal all week about how they were going to thump the Falcons and it didn’t seem to wake up the team.

I’m not off their bandwagon, however I have felt they hadn’t played great all year despite the record. They have played worse in last few weeks for sure. Hope they can play well, win or lose, playing well into the playoffs at least is improvement over the last few years.

I think the NFC is going to go through San Fran, they are the best team out there. Tonight’s game should be a good one and give us an idea about the AFC, though I wouldn’t bet against the Broncos either.
